Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident at resolving complex issues.
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Answering and transferring inbound calls and online enquiries, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest standard of customer service.
• Accurately recording customer details and requirements when handling an enquiry.
• Arranging aftersales bookings by telephone and allocating work to relevant workshop teams.
• Providing customer estimates in line with company policy on schedules, times and pricing.
• Making outbound calls to customers when ordered parts have arrived and arranging convenient booking dates.
• Working closely with Service Team Managers and Sales Teams to maximise customer opportunities.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of current sales products, service packages & campaigns across the BMW & MINI product range.
