Job summary

Bearward Engineering, a division of Wabtec UK Ltd in Northampton, is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator on a maternity cover basis. The role sits in the Sales department and is onsite at NN4 8HJ.

You will handle sales and aftermarket tasks, respond to inquiries, create quotes, input orders and track them to dispatch, while supporting the aftermarket team to grow key accounts. The contract is fixed-term for 12 months with 23 days of annual leave, life assurance, onsite parking and

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Coordination, or as an Administrator is desirable.
• Able to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Creation of Sales / Aftermarket reports.
• Responding to customer inquiries.
• Creation of quotations, order input, and following the orders through to the point of dispatch.
• Liaise with customers to check on their order status.
• Creation of Aftermarket spares listings for existing and new customers
• Proactively work alongside the customer service and account management team to develop strategies to achieve increased aftermarket sales revenue.
