BCA in Enfield is seeking a customer-focused administrator to support our site operations during maternity cover. You’ll deliver industry-leading customer service to buyers, manage the Click & Collect process, and ensure a smooth vehicle collection experience.

You’ll handle data entry, front-of-house service, and resolve queries with help from the central claims team, while working with Salesforce or similar systems. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment with great benefits awaits.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management.
• Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers.
• Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors.
• Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately.
• Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently.
