Fashion Personnel is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a well-known high-street retailer in Greater London. The position is temporary and part-time (about 20 hours per week), starting ASAP for four months, with weekly pay and holiday entitlement.

You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email, relay feedback to senior management, and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team. Prior Zendesk experience is a plus, and a proactive attitude is essential.

A new opportunity has arisen for a customer service advisor to join this high-street retailer on a temporary and part-time basis, about 20 hours per week, starting ASAP for four months.

The company is a well-established business specialised in producing high-quality sportswear and outdoor apparel.

You will be responsible for managing customer service enquiries over the phone and e-mail, sharing customer feedback with senior management and any ad-hoc admin tasks that are needed for the team.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a similar customer service role and be proactive and enthusiastic. Prior experience using Zendesk would also be advantageous.

As a temp, you will receive a competitive salary rate that is paid on a weekly basis as well as paid holiday and the opportunity to join a pension scheme.
