This entry-level role offers full training, a clear progression path, and a supportive team. The position runs 35 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 6pm and occasional weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is welcomed but not required; we value passion for helping customers.
• Pure customer service role focused on first-time resolution where possible.
• Full training provided and progression opportunities after completing training.

Responsibilities

• Support centres, employers, learners and third parties via telephone and email to deliver excellent service.
• Provide first-time resolution where possible to resolve customer queries quickly and accurately.
• Work in a busy Wakefield office with a friendly team and progression opportunities.
• Shifts include 8am–6pm, 35 hours weekly, with occasional weekend work as needed.
