Job summary

Activate Group Limited is seeking Customer Service Advisors to be the first point of contact for customers, take accident reports, handle queries, liaise with other companies and departments to resolve issues, and record accurate information using bespoke software and reporting platforms.

This permanent, part-time role in Halifax offers 22.5 hours per week with flexible shifts, a pro-rated salary of £26,228, and a start date in November 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle high volume of calls daily.
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in use of software packages
• Experience of working in a target driven environment desirable
• Ability to multi- task
• Previous experience working in a Call/Contact Centre or Customer Support role desirable
• Comfortable with a fast paced and changing environment

Responsibilities

• Receiving a high volume of inbound calls from Customers and third parties.
• Using Activate Groups bespoke software and databases to accurately record the information provided.
• Work within agreed Customer SLAs and personal KPIs.
• Collaborating with other teams across the business
• Communicating with other companies as necessary to resolve queries.
