Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in achieving organisational sales goals and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Provide attentive and responsive customer service, advising and driving sales of our Cosy products.
  • Coordinate inquiries from initial contact to order completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the Cosy product range.
  • Utilise product knowledge and excellent communication skills to guide customers in their product selection.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maximise order potential and promote the Cosy brand professionally.
  • Provide accurate and friendly information to customers, both verbally and in writing.
  • Efficiently manage the Customer Service email inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate person or department promptly.
  • Handle customer telephone calls, addressing product queries and processing orders.
  • Monitor online orders, resolving issues promptly and ensuring accurate order processing.
  • Interact directly with potential, new, and existing customers, building strong relationships to foster customer loyalty and generate proactive sales.
  • Follow up on opportunities, orders, and customer demands in a professional manner.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders, keeping customers informed of order progress.

Person Specification:

We are looking for a team player with an outgoing personality and the following qualifications:

  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to remain calm under conflict.
