Acorn by Synergie in Crewe, Cheshire is recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to join a growing team. You will handle customer enquiries, understand their needs and take ownership of issues through to resolution, while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

If you're a confident communicator who can stay calm under pressure and genuinely enjoys making a difference to customers, we'd like to hear from you. This full-time role includes a 7-day rota and onsite benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, contact centre, retail, hospitality or another service-based role.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Positive, professional and customer-focused approach.
• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to remain calm, organised and professional in a busy environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to take ownership of customer queries.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible approach to working hours and shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally and with empathy.
• Listen to customers, understand their needs and identify appropriate solutions.
• Take ownership of customer issues and work towards the best possible outcome.
• Provide clear and accurate information using a range of internal systems.
• Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
• Work closely with specialist teams when additional support is required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
• Handle customer information responsibly and maintain high standards of data security.
