ECU Testing Ltd is seeking a Customer Sales Advisor in the automotive sector to support customers with parts, services, and technical guidance. The role bridges customers and internal technical teams, ensuring accurate records and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive industry (parts sales, service desk, or workshop background).
• Strong understanding of vehicle components, systems, and fault symptoms.
• Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
• Experience in customer-facing or telephone-based roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners.
• Advise customers on suitable parts, services, and solutions.
• Identify upsell opportunities.
• Manage live chat and online enquiries.
• Create invoices, proformas, credit notes, and courier labels.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records.
• Act as the link between customers and our internal technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
