Job summary

Day's Motor Group is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the front of house team at Garngoch. You will be the first point of contact for service enquiries, welcoming customers and coordinating with workshop staff to ensure a smooth experience.

The role requires excellent communication and organisational skills with attention to detail. Training will be provided, and the candidate should be able to work independently or as part of a team in a family-run business with long-standing

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a vehicle dealership is preferred, though training will be provided.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work on own initiative as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to the dealership and ensure a seamless experience during visits.
• Manage service calls and face-to-face enquiries; book appointments and relay pricing/technical info.
• Explain repair requirements to customers to help informed decisions.
• Deliver a first-class customer experience and maintain professionalism at all times.
• Support Day's values and contribute to a welcoming, inclusive environment.
