Job summary

Simply Jobsworth in Dorking is seeking a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor to join a prestige accident repair centre. Salary £30,000 - £33,000, Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, 25 days plus Bank Holidays.

Full internal and external training, manufacturer training with prestige brands, and clear progression opportunities. As the face of the business you will manage customers through the vehicle repair process, provide regular updates, liaise with internal teams, coordinate fleet movements,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience, ideally within the motor trade or automotive sector.
• Experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor or similar would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Advisor / Bodyshop Service Advisor to join a prestigious and expanding accident repair centre in Dorking.

The Role

As a Bodyshop Customer Service Advisor, you will be the face of the business, providing an exceptional customer experience while ensuring manufacturer standards and guidelines are consistently maintained.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customers throughout the vehicle repair process.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous Customer Service experience, ideally within the motor trade or automotive sector.
• Experience as a Bodyshop Advisor, Service Advisor or similar would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional and customer-focused approach.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• The ability to manage multiple customers and priorities effectively.
• Good attention to detail.
• Confidence liaising with internal teams and external customers.
• Autoflow experience is desirable but not essential.
