As the initial contact for Capgemini’s clients, the Customer Service Advisor (4 on/ 4 off) handles first-line IT queries from a base in Inverness. Your shift pattern alternates between nights (18:00–07:00) and days (07:00–18:00), with pay reaching £16.11 per hour. Responding via phone, email, or web chat, you will log every request using dedicated software and resolve straightforward problems directly. More complex matters are assigned to specialist teams, with back-office tasks also forming part of your duties. This temporary contract suits someone with clear communication abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting. Previous service desk exposure is beneficial, though full training on internal systems is supplied.
