Job summary
Tudor Employment Agency is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor for a prestigious motorhome specialist in Stafford. This role suits someone with strong customer service experience who wants to grow within a unique, luxury industry.
You will be the main point of contact for customers throughout the vehicle lifecycle, meet and greet, collect diagnostic information, liaise with workshop teams, approve additional work, upsell services and maintain CRM records.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service experience in a target-driven environment.
- Interest in luxury motorhome industry and disruption.
- NVQ funding available in Customer Service & Business Administration.
Responsibilities
- Act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle.
- Meet & greet customers and collect diagnostic information.
- Liaise with workshop and allied departments.
- Approve additional work and manage vehicle logistics.
- Upsell products and services.
- Update CRM with accurate customer and vehicle information.
