You’ll be talking to customers over the phone when they first join us, guiding them through the process of getting their products and services connected, and helping with any initial queries about in-home setup or their first bill.
You don’t need specific experience to join us. Provided you’re naturally helpful, calm, and can build relationships – we can train you on the rest.
