Huntress is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a growing team in Morley. You will handle telephone and email inquiries, build rapport with customers, and maintain a polite, professional demeanor while delivering timely resolutions.
Training will run for two weeks at the Morley head office from 9:00 to 17:30, after which you'll work from home with compulsory office days Tuesday and Wednesday; the role totals 30 hours per week, with shifts 1pm to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
Are you available immediately and can commit to a long term temporary assignment in a Customer Service environment? Have you had previous Customer service experience eg within retail, hospitality or call centre? This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake work within a customer service environment, working for a firm who are growing rapidly. As a Customer Service employee you will work on the telephone and email and be polite and courteous at all times.
Salary: £12.71 p/h
Working Hours: Training hours will be 9 to 5.30 in Morley head office for two full weeks. Once trained it will be working from home but compulsory office days are Tuesday and Wednesday.
The hours of work will be:
Monday to Friday 1pm to 7pm
Total = 30 hours
The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer service skills and previous experience within a telephone based customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential. If you can communicate effectively and empathise with customers, please consider these roles. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be competent with IT and have good written English.
