Job Opportunity: Payment Support Role in Darlington

Join our Payment Support Team in Darlington and use your life experience to make a difference. We are looking for individuals with resilience and relationship-building skills to support our customers during challenging times, whether it's resolving billing queries or assisting with payment issues. With comprehensive training, you'll become an expert in delivering personal, effective service.

Salary and Hours:

• Salary: £25,087 rising to £25,684 at 9 months, plus uncapped commission
• Hourly rate: £12.82 rising to £13.12 at 9 months
• Shifts: 08:00am to 06:00pm, no late evenings, one weekend in three
