As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering an outstanding customer journey throughout their agreement.

Role responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer queries via phone and email professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate agreement records within our bespoke administration system.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of core leasing products and asset finance services.
  • Support customers with transactions related to their agreements.
  • Ensure correct collection of customer payments.
  • Manage incoming payments and process refunds as needed.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written customer service.
  • Be IT literate (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pay close attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous administration experience in Financial Services is beneficial.
