Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A genuine passion for helping customers.
• Confidence using a variety of systems and platforms, including Sage, Trustpilot, email and social media channels.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• The ability to multitask.
• A professional, friendly and approachable manner with a positive attitude.
• A willingness to learn, embrace feedback and continuously develop your skills.
• Confidence representing the business in face-to-face meetings when required.

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor

You will provide outstanding customer support across a range of communication channels, ensuring every customer receives a friendly, professional and efficient service.

• Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
• Responding to customer enquiries via email
• Assisting customers through Live Chat
• Providing support via WhatsApp
• Managing and responding to Trustpilot reviews
• Engaging with customers across social media platforms
