A leading property services company is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Leeds. The role involves managing calls, scheduling appointments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in social housing. Ideal candidates will have experience in repair and maintenance and strong communication skills.
We’re looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our Home Group Team, based at our office in Hunslet, LS10 1BL.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will handle high volumes of calls, liaising with clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and supervisors to schedule appointments. Your goal is to ensure future jobs are scheduled to meet our contractual Service Level Agreements without making false promises. You will communicate effectively with residents using various methods including telephony and email.
You will utilize our MSi system to schedule operatives and subcontractors, discuss complex repairs, and manage demanding customers and service failures, instilling confidence in our customers.
