We are currently seeking to recruit a team of skilled Customer Service Advisors to join our client, a leading retailer of household items, in the Rochdale area.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through inbound calls and emails. You will also process returns, track customer items, and assist with general office duties.
