Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (1-hour lunch)

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, emails, and web chats with professionalism and enthusiasm.

  3. Provide technical support and troubleshoot common issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  5. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer problems.
