About The Role

CUSTOMER SERVICES - IT'S A PEOPLE THING

Are you someone who can start a conversation in an empty room? One of those people who always manages to get things done, no matter how much there is to do? If the answer is yes, there's a place in our Customer Service team for you.

It's not about what you know. It's who you are. As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be doing one of the most important jobs in our business—looking after our customers. This involves building relationships, understanding their needs, and helping them do their jobs better.

In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will include communicating via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from inquiry to post-hire follow-up, and owning the customer journey. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure excellent customer experiences and continuous service improvement.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with customer service experience, ideally within the industry, who want to see the tangible impact of their work in a hands-on, operational environment.

About You

We will provide training and support your development. To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you should have:

  • Proven experience in customer service, especially handling inbound order/sales inquiries
  • Experience in developing product knowledge and understanding our business
  • Exceptional communication skills, including negotiation and influence
  • The ability to make decisions independently within company policies
  • A supportive, collaborative team approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to continuous improvement
  • Good computer literacy and enthusiasm for learning new IT systems
