In this role, you'll deliver a best-in-class service, using your product knowledge to maximize upselling opportunities. Your days will include communicating via phone, email, and website requests, managing orders from inquiry to post-hire follow-up, and owning the customer journey. You'll need to think quickly and use your initiative to ensure excellent customer experiences and continuous service improvement.
