Our client is a Main Dealership looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team based in Crawley.

Working as part of the service team, you will be focused on delivering a high level of brand experience to your customers, committed to making a difference, and seeking long-term career progression.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage all service telephone and walk-in enquiries.
2. Meet and greet customers, qualify, and identify their needs for vehicle drop-off.
3. Progress and update the customer throughout the day.
4. Discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer.
5. Advise and forward diarised unsold work.
6. Carry out inspections where necessary prior to handover to the customer.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Ideally have previous experience as a service advisor.
• Good technical knowledge of vehicles.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude and approach.
• Valid driving licence.
