Overview

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be delivering high levels of service so that customer needs are met and appropriate outcomes are delivered. Through positive engagement you will be ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do aiming for first time resolution and positive customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver positive customer experiences throughout the customer journey
  • Clear and transparent in all communication with customers to ensure they understand the current situation
  • Constantly strive to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate
  • Manage vulnerable customer cases to ensure the most appropriate support is provided
  • Identify and accurately record any complaints received from customers and achieve first time resolution
  • Effectively communicate with customers to maintain relationships and provide positive customer experiences
Qualifications: Essential
  • Experience within a Customer Service role
  • Able to communicate with customers in a range of technical detailed conversations by both phone and email delivering information clearly and concisely and ensuring all relevant information is gained and shared and that outcomes and actions are agreed
  • Excellent attention to detail
