A customer service organization in Greater Manchester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to deliver exceptional support and ensure customer needs are met effectively. The role involves managing communications with customers, improving processes, and providing tailored assistance. Applicants should have customer service experience and demonstrate the ability to communicate technical information clearly. This is a full-time position with no remote work options, in an inclusive and diverse workplace.
As a Customer Service Advisor you will be delivering high levels of service so that customer needs are met and appropriate outcomes are delivered. Through positive engagement you will be ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do aiming for first time resolution and positive customer experience.
