About The Role

Are you the type of person who enjoys regularly interacting with customers, offering support with inquiries, and seamlessly converting them into sales? If so, this could be the role for you. We’re looking for a Customer Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills gained in a busy operational environment to join our team and help us deliver our customer promise - to delight every customer, every time.

In the role of Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for delivering a best-in-class service while using product knowledge and expertise to maximise upselling opportunities. Your days will involve communicating with our national customers via telephone, email, and responding to website requests. Key duties include:

  1. Manage customer orders and queries
  2. Deliver accurate and timely hire contact administration throughout the hire process according to SLAs
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  4. Investigate issues, develop solutions, and ensure resolution or escalation
  5. Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business, maintaining communication channels
  6. Contribute to the development of customer service policies and procedures
  7. Participate in training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
  8. Ensure all reporting and administration, including CRM, are accurate and timely

About You

We will provide training and support for your development. To succeed as a Customer Service Advisor, you should have:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably handling inbound order/sales inquiries
  • Experience in developing and utilising product knowledge
  • Exceptional communication skills, including negotiating and influencing
  • The ability to make judgments and decisions in line with company policies
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach
  • Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A commitment to continuous improvement
  • Good computer literacy, especially in MS Office, and enthusiasm for learning new systems
