Job summary

Confidential in Leighton Buzzard is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to manage the full customer journey, including order processing, shipment coordination, and data entry in SAP and Salesforce.

You will collaborate with sales, logistics, finance and operations teams, respond to enquiries by phone and email, and maintain accurate records to support timely delivery of services and products.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years experience in Customer Service or Sales Support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a customer-facing role within a similar environment.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems; Salesforce or CRM preferred.
