Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Fusion centre, part of the Halfords Garage Services team. You will greet customers, handle job bookings in our in-house system, and discuss any technical concerns they may have.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service
• IT literate
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly
• Experience working towards and achieving targets
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment
• Must have a full drivers licence with less than 9 points as role will include collection and delivery of vehicles

• On-target earnings up to £33,900
• Comprising a base salary of £31,000- £34,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.
