Job summary

Halfords in Portsmouth is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, book jobs in our in-house system and discuss any technical concerns they may have.

The role is full-time, 5 days a week (22 hours per week; centre closes on Sunday) with an uncapped bonus scheme and opportunities for progression in a leading automotive services group.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to use in-house booking systems.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in difficult situations.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Experience in an Autocentre environment is desirable.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and handle job bookings in the in-house system.
• Discuss technical concerns and guide customers through services.
• Support a fast, friendly service in a busy Autocentre.
