Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for our Garage Services team at the Fusion centre in the UK. You will welcome customers, manage job bookings in-house systems, and address technical questions to ensure a first-class experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate.
• Able to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full driving licence with less than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer bookings in the in-house system and coordinate scheduling.
• Discuss and convey technical concerns to customers clearly.
• Assist with vehicle collection and delivery as required.
• Contribute to a friendly, efficient customer experience at the Fusion centre.

Job description

• On-target earnings up to £33,900
• Comprising a base salary of £31,000- £34,000
• An uncapped monthly bonus scheme with average additional earnings of £2,900 per year.
• 5 days a week

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the welcoming face for our customers, handling job bookings in our in-house system and discussing any technical concerns they may have.
