Customer Service Advisor – Bathgate, West Lothian

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9.00AM – 5.00PM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client based in Bathgate.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start immediately in a supportive and modern office environment. The position is initially temporary with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer queries, orders, and complaints primarily via email, with some telephone contact
  • Using SAP and Microsoft Office for data entry and customer information management
  • Supporting the wider customer service team during peak periods
  • Assisting with export-related queries (knowledge desirable but not essential)

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good IT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • A proactive and professional attitude

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous customer service or administrative experience
  • SAP experience
