Hours: 08.30 - 17.00 Monday to Friday

This fantastic, well established, local and extremely progressive company are looking to recruit a new addition to their very friendly team.

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 dependent on experience

Do you have customer service/ order processing/ administration experience or similar? You will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload, and ideally speak a European language (an advantage)

Some Of Your Details Within This Role Will Include

  • Inputting customer's sales orders
  • Manage customer enquiries, quotations, claims, refunds
  • Keeping customers informed of their order
  • Liaising with the warehouse concerning customer orders
  • Make freight enquiries and obtain quotes for freight
  • Process invoices and all associated administration
