As we continue to grow, were on the lookout for a motivated, organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our central team.

The Role

This is an office based customer service role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, loves helping people, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Responding to customer and supplier queries with speed and professionalism
  • Working in the ordering team, overseeing the delivery of products and services to our end user
  • Supporting the sales team by sourcing quotes, updating price lists, and creating proposals
  • Helping the finance team chase invoices and log payments
  • Overseeing aftersales repairs from start to finish, keeping customers updated every step of the way
  • Logging all interactions in our CRM system
  • General administrative support to keep operations running smoothly

What Were Looking For?

Must-Haves

  • 3+ years in B2B administration or customer service
  • Multi-tasker - no two days are the same, your role will be varied!
  • Organised, detail-focused and great at multitasking
  • Confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Fast learner with strong IT skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems independently
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Driving licence and own car
