My client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator who is passionate about providing excellence. This role is temporary on an ongoing basis, so there is no finish date. As a Customer Service Administrator your role is to provide administration support to customers, via email and telephone. This includes arranging the collection and return of items for service or repair. Crucial to this role is keeping the customer always updated. Please note, this role is fully office based.
