Our client, a family-run business based in Castle Donington, is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their successful team. Salary: £22,900 basic + bonus

Customer Service Administrator - Responsibilities:
  1. Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email.
  2. Assisting customers throughout their journey.
  3. Liaising with internal departments and third parties.
  4. Recording and updating customer details in the system.
  5. Performing administrative duties.
Customer Service Administrator - Candidate Requirements:
