As Customer Service Administrator you will join a small, busy service team. The role is based on site in Buckingham, is full time and permanent offering a salary of between £24,5000 and £26,000. Working for a highly successful business who have worked in the garage equipment sector for decades.

Purpose of the role:

Supporting the service team providing high levels of customer service, maintaining the database and administration.

Key Accountabilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Be first point of contact for customers
  • Providing high levels of customer care over the phone and via email
  • Liaise with customers, resolving any queries quickly and efficiently
  • Generate system based quotes and invoices
  • Support with coordinating service administration
  • Contact customers to confirm proposed dates and obtain order numbers for scheduled work
  • Maintain database all customer records
