This varied role combines general administration, customer service, order processing and stock support, ensuring orders are processed accurately and customers receive clear and helpful communication.

Responsabilidades

• Review and overcheck AI-generated orders for accuracy and standards.
• Identify issues in AI orders and suggest process improvements.
• Help investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with internal teams.
• Book goods accurately using the internal system.
• Monitor stock and contact customers about out-of-stock items with solutions.
• Invoice customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Complete returns documentation and process returns correctly.
• Call customers to resolve queries and provide order updates.
• Respond to internal queries from colleagues and departments.
• Maintain accurate records and prompt administration.
• Follow processes and seek efficiency improvements.
• Provide friendly, professional service to customers and colleagues.
• Undertake other admin duties to support the team.
