Job summary

Historicwinemerchant is seeking a Customer Order Coordinator to join our office-based team in Central London. You will manage customer orders, handle queries, and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure timely processing.

The role requires experience in customer order management and AX, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-focused approach. Standard hours are 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with an ASAP start.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers accurately and on time.
• Handle customer call-offs and queries.
• Release website orders and update price lists.
• Document and own customer complaints.
• Process invoices and credit notes.
• Support the Sales Team and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate order processing with warehouse cut-off times.
• Arrange collections of returned wines.
• Investigate and resolve issues as they arise.
