Booker Group is seeking a friendly, organised Customer Service & Administration Assistant to join our Venus Wines unit in Eccles. The role combines administration, customer service, order processing and stock support to ensure accurate orders and clear customer communication.

Full training will be provided; reliability, organisation and a proactive approach are essential as you will engage with customers and colleagues to keep internal processes running smoothly.

Formación

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using computer systems and learning new software quickly.
• Comfortable speaking to customers over the telephone and communicating professionally.
• Friendly, approachable and customer-focused.
• Able to work accurately in a busy environment.
• Proactive and willing to identify problems and find solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Review and overcheck AI-generated orders to ensure accuracy and standards are met.
• Identify issues in AI-generated orders and adjust processes as needed.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies with relevant internal teams.
• Book goods accurately using the internal system.
• Monitor stock availability and inform customers about out-of-stock items with solutions.
• Invoice customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Complete returns documentation and ensure proper processing of returned goods.
• Contact customers by phone to handle queries and provide updates.
