Job summary

STARK Group in Grimsby (DN31 2SG) is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service at our branch. The role involves understanding product lines, building relationships with customers, processing orders, and maintaining a tidy branch and stock levels. A full UK driving licence is required to support driving duties and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Get to know product lines and services to enhance customer interactions in line with JPS values.
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers via face-to-face and phone interactions, offering proactive advice and solutions.
• Process customer orders using in-house systems, organise delivery times and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
• Keep the branch and yard clean and tidy to create a positive first impression.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify improvement opportunities.
