Job summary

ECU Testing Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a native German speaker or fluent German-speaking professional for a Customer Sales Advisor role. You will communicate in German and English, handle inbound/outbound calls, advise on parts and services, and support customers with technical questions.

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with customers and trade partners.
• Advising customers on suitable parts, services, and solutions.
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Managing live chat and online enquiries.
• Creating invoices, proformas, credit notes, and courier labels.
• Maintaining accurate customer and order records.
• Acting as the link between customers and our internal technical teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Communicating with German-speaking and international customers.

We are looking for a native German speaker or a fluent German-speaking multilingual candidate with excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be confident communicating professionally in both German and English.
