SF Partners is seeking a Parts Sales Advisor for its Derbyshire-based team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, offering expert advice to identify the correct automotive parts and solutions to meet their needs.

You will work with internal teams to ensure a smooth journey from initial enquiry to order completion, delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Parts Sales Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing expert advice and helping them identify the correct automotive parts and solutions to meet their needs.

You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey, from initial enquiry through to order completion, while delivering a high standard of service throughout.

Key Responsibilities

About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, parts advisory or contact centre environment.
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry, ideally with some knowledge of vehicle parts and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• The ability to multitask, prioritise workloads and remain calm under pressure.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and a willingness to learn.

Previous automotive parts experience would be advantageous, but candidates with strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in the industry are also encouraged to apply.
