As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will be dealing with incoming calls from new customers seeking information about the services offered.
You will conduct consultative conversations, build excellent relationships, and tailor packages to ensure the highest level of client experience.
This role involves sales through service, handling queries, promoting services, and working towards KPIs set by the business.
You will also handle calls from existing customers, including those looking to cancel, resolving issues with the aim of retaining the business.
The position is fast-paced within a contact centre environment, requiring high levels of client care and tailored service to meet customer needs.
Ability to work in a busy environment and meet targets.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
A good problem solver with high resilience.
Strong persuasion skills and ability to build relationships.
Excellent listening and questioning skills.
A salary of £26,000 with the opportunity to earn an additional £4,000 in bonuses annually.

Full training provided, with excellent progression and development opportunities.
Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.
