As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will handle incoming calls from new customers seeking information about our services. You will engage in consultative conversations, build strong relationships, and tailor packages to ensure the highest customer satisfaction. You will also manage calls from existing customers, addressing concerns and working to retain their business. This fast-paced contact centre role emphasizes high-quality client care and meeting KPIs.
