Are you an experienced manager with a passion for customer service and developing high-performing teams?
We're looking for a Customer Retention Manager to lead a growing team of 7, including two team leaders, within our client’s Sales department. This team is dedicated to keeping customers engaged and loyal as they reach the end of their finance agreements.
The team's focus is now shifting to include outbound activity alongside inbound, with plans to increasingly support customer retention efforts from the dealer side.
Experience in the Financial Services or Automotive sector would be a real advantage, but strong leadership skills are key.
