We are looking for aCommercial Marketing Manager (Retention)tobe responsible forthe creation and delivery of annual marketing plans to drive and protect revenue across multiple experience-based products with a focus on retention. This is a fast-paced dynamic position responsible for all seasonal based products, memberships and experiences at our club.
This exciting roleinvolves planning and executing renewal campaigns for both season ticket holders and members as well as enhancing the year-round offering for these loyal supporter bases to protect important revenue streams.You'll collaborate with the Senior Commercial Marketing Manager and will work closely alongside the AcquisitionMarketing Manager to integrate plans.Within this position, you'll also be entrusted with the line management of a dedicated team member.
