Nisbets in Bristol is looking for a Service Advisor to provide excellent support to customers facing inquiries about machinery. This role involves handling customer contact through calls and emails and offering basic technical advice as well as processing repair requests.

You will join a collaborative and supportive team, and after training, benefit from a hybrid working model. The position offers an annual salary of £26,388 plus performance-related bonuses and various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer service environment.
• Must have strong written and spoken English.
• Attention to detail is crucial.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Act as the first point of contact for customers.
• Process calls, emails, and QMS to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Raise repair requests and offer troubleshooting advice.
• Perform additional service activities as requested.
