Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will develop and implement sales and marketing approaches to increase occupancy, handle enquiries, and enhance the digital profile of the home while networking with the local community.

Working with an experienced management team, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality care by converting enquiries, tours, and resident feedback into sustained occupancy growth, using Salesforce or similar CRM,

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or marketing within healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to analyse data in a CRM to drive occupancy and revenue.
• Self-motivated, target driven and proactive in lead generation.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and promote the home to prospective residents and families.
• Manage all sales activity for the home and achieve occupancy targets.
• Take potential residents through tours and answer enquiries by phone.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand needs and experiences.
• Respond promptly to sales enquiries and generate new leads.
• Identify local marketing opportunities to drive enquiries and conversions.
• Maintain and update the contacts database.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
• Be self-motivated and target driven
• Have interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/Powerpoint)
• Full UK driving licence.

• Represent Barchester and our state of the art home in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.
