Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to lead sales and marketing efforts for a care home in Adlington, UK. You will handle inquiries, drive occupancy, and develop the home’s digital profile while networking with the local community.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare
• Ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM

• Interpersonal and professional qualities
• Confident user of Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Full UK driving licence

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and occupancy targets
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Network within the local community to raise home profile and generate enquiries
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and increase occupancy
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance
• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner
• Be responsible for all sales activity for the home
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide tours of the home
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand experiences and requirements
• Respond to sales enquiries and actively generate leads
• Maintain a contacts database

We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy. You will deliver a full range of sales and marketing approaches to drive sales including handling enquiries, developing the digital profile of the home and networking with the local community.
