Job summary

Barchester are recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our prestigious care home team. We are looking for a professional sales professional who will support this home to increase occupancy, handling enquiries and developing the digital profile of the home.

You will identify opportunities to raise occupancy and engage with the local community, delivering a full range of sales and marketing approaches.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated and target driven.
• Interpersonal and professional communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Represent Barchester and the home in a friendly, professional manner.
• Responsible for all sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential new residents by phone, and provide informative tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries.
• Actively generate leads and identify local marketing opportunities.
• Maintain a contacts database.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Managing enquiries to improve the conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets
• Excellent communication skills.
• Networking within the local community to raise the profile of the home and generate enquiries
• Supporting local and wider marketing activities togenerate enquiries,drive conversion rates and increase occupancy
• Identifying opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance

NEED TO HAVE

• Have proven sales and marketing experience preferably in healthcare but not essential
• Have the ability to analyse data on Salesforce or similar CRM application
