Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is recruiting a Customer Relationship Manager to join our care home team. You will drive occupancy by handling enquiries, conducting tours, and networking with the local community to raise the home’s profile.

Working with an established management team, you will employ a range of sales and marketing approaches, including CRM analysis and digital profiling, to convert enquiries and maximise occupancy while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and marketing experience; healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to analyse data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Manage enquiries to improve conversion rates and achieve occupancy targets.
• Network within the local community to raise the home’s profile and generate enquiries.
• Support local and wider marketing activities to generate enquiries and drive conversions.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales and marketing performance.
• Represent the home in a friendly, professional manner and handle sales activity for the home.
• Talk to potential residents over the phone and provide informative, welcoming tours of the home.
• Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
• Respond to sales enquiries and actively generate leads; maintain a contacts database.

• Full UK driving licence.
